Service Appointment Types

Important Information

Appointment options will be saved until the next day at 4 pm. Customers need to confirm appointments. They will then receive an email verification of their scheduled appointment time. We cannot guarantee that appointments will still be available after the allotted time.

Please make sure our office is aware of all items that require attention and refrain from leaving lists in the trailer.


Due to the high volume of service and limited shop time, we will only be able to work on previously agreed-upon repairs. Any new repairs will likely have to be addressed at a later scheduled appointment time. If other service requests are added after the appointment has been confirmed, the appointment may have to be rescheduled to accommodate for the new issue, this will depend on the type of issue presented.

Customers will need to confirm their phone numbers when making appointments so that office staff can contact them when repairs are finished.


All service appointments are located at 113 McNabb Rd. Sebright.


Waiting Appointment


Waiting appointments are booked in the morning on a weekday.


Customers are required to come for their scheduled appointment time and unhook their trailer. The unit will be moved into the shop for servicing. The customers wait during the appointment time until they are phoned by the office staff that the work/assessment on their trailer is done.

Customers are required to take the trailer on the same day of the appointment (after-hours pick-up is available by request).


Repairs booked for waiting appointments are typically for installing parts, general assessments, and maintenance service.


We do extend the option to drop off the trailer the night before your waiting appointment (Drop Off Same Day Pick Up Appointment) and picking up after hours if requested.

Drop Off Same Day Pick Up


Drop Off Same Day Pick Up appointments are scheduled like a Waiting appointment, however, customers drop off their trailer the night before the appointment and pick up the same day as the scheduled appointment (after hours by request).


Repairs booked for Drop Off Same Day appointments are typically for customers who are not able to come for a morning time slot. Repairs include installing parts, general assessments, and longer maintenance service.

We ask when customers drop off their trailer for service that they would be able to do the following:

  1. Please park it in an open space on the right-hand side of the Service lot (113 McNabb Rd. Sebright) and refrain from backing your trailer up.
  2. Leave the deadbolt unlocked. Please don’t leave keys.
  3. If you come during office hours, please knock on the office door and one of our service advisors will be out shortly to review your work order. If you come after hours, please send us a quick email at service@layzeeacres.com to inform us you have dropped off your trailer.

Drop Off Fridge Appointment


We book Fridge Drop-Off appointments on Wednesdays and ask customers to drop off their trailer anytime the day before (after hours by request).


Fridge Drop Off appointments require customers to leave their trailer for 2-3 days. Fridges require testing over at least 24 hours in order to verify the repair. This type of appointment does not have a scheduled shop time but we fit them in between other appointments.

We also ask that customers do a bleed check before confirming an appointment slot.

BLEED TEST INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please check all of your Propane Tanks. Make sure they are fully opened and your Regulator is switched to the correct side.
  2. Have you checked any other Propane base items to see if they work?
  3. ○ Furnace

    ○ Stove Top

    ○ Outdoor BBQ (If applicable)

  4. Please perform a Bleed test on your Propane system. This test will force any air out of your lines. Which is called an Air Lock.

○ Make sure your propane has been opened fully.

○ Using your Stove Top turn one of the Burners on.

○ At first, you will see an Orange Flame, meaning there is air in the lines.

○ After the Flame will become blue, meaning there is only propane burning in your lines

Due to limited storage capacity, all vehicles serviced at Layzee Acres need to be picked up within 3 business days from the email notification when work is done. A storage fee of $30.00 per calendar day will be implemented after 3 business days. The unit will not be released until the storage fees have been paid.

Drop Off Appointment


Drop Off appointments are booked for Monday morning, however, we recommend that customers drop off their trailer on the weekend before their scheduled appointment. This appointment requires customers to leave their trailer for an extended amount of time. This type of appointment does not have a scheduled shop time, but we fit them in between other scheduled appointments. In most situations,we cannot give an estimated pick up day.


Repairs booked for Drop Off appointments are usually more extensive or include multiple repairs. Generally, customers who qualify for waiting appointments will not be able to book drop off appointments. An exception to this would be for customers who have emergency issues including: gas leaks, water leaks, or issues that make the trailer unusable. Customers with these types of issues will likely be encouraged to drop off sooner, especially if waiting appointments are unavailable at that time.

Due to limited storage capacity, trailers need to be picked up within 5 business days from the notification of work being done. A storage fee of $30.00 per calendar day will be implemented after 5 business days. The unit will not be released until the storage fees have been paid. Customers are required to fill out a form to this effect before their appointment.
