Maintenance Fees

All maintenance fees listed below are exclusively for Layzee Acres customers. If you didn't purchase the trailer directly from Layzee Acres RV Sales, please contact your purchasing dealership or other local service departments. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please keep in mind maintenance items will only be completed in the off-season, we have provided a link below that provides customers with how to do their own maintenance.  

Maintenance / How-To Videos

Summerize

• $80.00 + Taxes
• Additional charges for Ice Maker: $25.00, Washer: $25.00, Dishwasher: $25.00

This service is only offered when there are other service requests. 

 

Winterize

• $120.00 + Taxes
• Additional charges for Ice Maker: $25.00, Washer: $25.00, Dishwasher: $25.00

 

Brakes & Bearings

• Single Axle: $280.00 + Taxes
• Dual Axle: $490.00 + Taxes
• Tri Axle: $630.00 + Taxes

These charges only apply to inspection and repacking only. Part replacements are additional costs.

If just an inspection is done (no re-pack needed), it is at the shop rate of $140.00 an hour.

 

Roof Sealant Check

• $70.00 + Taxes

Additional charges will be applied if large sections of sealant need to be replaced.

 

Overall Trailer Sealant Check

Hitch Adjustments

• Hitch Adjustments Travel Trailer: $70.00 + Taxes
