All maintenance fees listed below are exclusively for Layzee Acres customers. If you didn't purchase the trailer directly from Layzee Acres RV Sales, please contact your purchasing dealership or other local service departments. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please keep in mind maintenance items will only be completed in the off-season, we have provided a link below that provides customers with how to do their own maintenance.

Summerize

• $96.00 + Taxes
• Additional charges for Ice Maker: $25.00, Washer: $25.00, Dishwasher: $25.00

This service is only offered when there are other service requests. 

 

Winterize

• $144.00 + Taxes - Single Axle
• $184.00 + Taxes - Dual Axle
• Additional charges for Ice Maker: $25.00, Washer: $25.00, Dishwasher: $25.00

 

Brakes & Bearings

• Single Axle: $320.00 + Taxes
• Dual Axle: $560.00 + Taxes
• Tri Axle: $720.00 + Taxes
• These charges only apply for the inspection and re-packing. Part replacements are extras.
• If just an inspection is done (no re-pack needed), it is at the shop rate of $160 an hour.

 

Roof Sealant Check

• $80.00 + Taxes
• Additional charges will be applied if a large amount of sealant is needed

 

Overall Trailer Sealant Check

• $160.00 + Taxes
• Additional charges will be applied if a large amount of sealant is needed

Gas Test

• $80.00 + Taxes
• Complete a Gas Test and ensure all propane related appliances are in working order.

Hitch Adjustments

• Hitch Adjustments Travel Trailer: $80.00 + Taxes
• Hitch Adjustments 5th Wheel: $120.00 + Taxes
